Infosys to hire 400 workers in Costa Rica

Infosys’ business process management subsidiary Infosys BPM will hire additional 400 customer service employees in Costa Rica as part of the company’s strategy of expanding its international portfolio and overall business growth.
The recruits will join Infosys BPM’s 300 highly-skilled workers in the country and will work on supporting their client’s digital transformation journeys.
The firm will also provide critical training and growth opportunities to its new hires as part of its global mission “to develop tomorrow’s workforce through continuous learning and upskilling.”
This training aims to help ensure success in their respective roles and contribute to the long-term digital aspirations of the Costa Rican government and its citizens.
The company will collaborate with local Investment Promotion Agency CINDE to recruit top talents for the new roles and expand its Latin American presence.
Infosys BPM CEO and Managing Director Anantha Radhakrishnan said that this expansion will be another significant step for the company’s “journey to deliver digital transformation for our clients through digital technology and human-ware.”
Costa Rica President Carlos Alvarado thanked the company for its continued commitment to Costa Rica.
