Ingecom acquired to expand Ignition Technology’s EMEA footprint

BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, FRANCE — Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity leader listed on Euronext Paris, has announced an agreement to acquire Ingecom, a specialized Value Added Distributor (VAD) in cybersecurity and cyber intelligence.
The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year, subject to customary conditions.
The acquisition aims to accelerate the expansion of Exclusive Networks’ subsidiary Ignition Technology.
Exclusive Networks acquired Ignition in 2021 to accelerate new cybersecurity companies globally as they scale up. Ignition operates in Northern Europe and will now expand into Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Founded in 1996, Bilbao-based Ingecom operates in Spain, Portugal, and Italy and has a network of over 500 partners. The company reported a revenue of €38 million in 2022, showing profitability.
Operating in over 45 countries, Exclusive Networks generated EUR 3.40 billion (US$3.7 billion) in 2022.
With more than 50 highly skilled employees and an attractive vendor portfolio, Ingecom is set to bring strong complementary capabilities to Ignition Technology.
Under the terms of the agreement, Exclusive Networks will acquire 70% of Ingecom, with the remaining stake held by the current management team.
