Ingenovis expands services with Corazon buyout
COLORADO and PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — Healthcare staffing company Ingenovis Health announced the acquisition of Corazon, Inc., a specialty healthcare consulting and services provider.
The acquisition expands the service offerings of Ingenovis Health’s physician services division, which includes industry leaders VitalSolution and VISTA Staffing Solutions.
Corazon will continue operating under its brand while bringing new consulting, development, and accreditation capabilities to Ingenovis.

Backed by private equity firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America, Ingenovis Health provides healthcare workforce solutions through its portfolio of brands including Fastaff, Trustaff, U.S. Nursing, and VitalSolution.
Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh-based Corazon provides program development, recruiting, interim management, and accreditation services for hospitals and health systems across the United States and Canada.
