Inherent Group acquires Everlink to boost digital transformation

PARIS, FRANCE — Paris-based digital-services provider inherent group has acquired local telecom operator Everlink in a bid to fast-track the digital transformation of very small enterprises (VSEs) and small-to-medium businesses (SMEs) across the capital region.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but the transaction is backed by growth-equity specialist Keensight Capital.
“This acquisition consolidates our growth strategy based on customer proximity and our field expertise,” said Pierre-Jean Beylier, chairman of inherent group.
“Together, we will enhance our leadership position and deliver an even more tailored offer to support our clients’ digital growth every day.”
Building a one-stop digital shop
Inherent, created in 1981 and trading through the brands Adista, Devensys Cybersecurity, unyc and Upper-Link, now fields 1,300 employees across 45 branches and 14 data centres throughout France. The group booked more than €300 million ($353 million) in revenue in 2024 and is targeting €500 million ($588 million) by 2027.
By folding Everlink into its portfolio, inherent deepens its local last-mile presence while expanding its ability to bundle cloud, connectivity and security under a single contract, an increasingly popular formula for time-strapped founders and finance directors.
About Everlink
Founded in 2014, Everlink supplies more than 500 corporate customers with six core services, including internet connectivity, IT networks, voice and unified communications, hosting, managed services and cybersecurity. Industry estimates peg its annual revenue at roughly €25 million ($29 million). Its luxury, real estate, insurance, retail and consulting reach complements with inherent’s 50,000-strong client roster.
“The acquisition of Everlink fits perfectly with the group’s growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading IT and connectivity operator,” added Stanislas de Tinguy, partner at Keensight Capital.
Focus on France, eyes on Europe
Both companies make France their primary market, but the enlarged group hints at broader ambitions. Everlink’s cloud-managed networks and premium support will slot into inherent’s nationwide backbone, creating what Beylier calls “a sovereign, full-service alternative” to global hyperscalers for French firms with cross-border aspirations.
