Insight acquires UK-based software firm Amdaris
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Insight Enterprises, a global IT company listed on the Fortune 500, has acquired Amdaris, a UK-based software development firm with service delivery centers across Eastern Europe.
The acquisition will boost Insight’s IT supply chain capabilities by adding Amdaris’ software development, application support, managed services, and consultancy services to its portfolio.
With 13,000 professionals globally, Insight focuses on helping organizations accelerate their digital journey and maximize the value of technology. Operating in 19 countries, the company’s expertise spans cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge solutions.
Joyce Mullen, CEO of Insight, commented on the acquisition: “With the addition of Amdaris, Insight will scale robustly, enhance its technological capabilities and deliver an even broader range of services and solutions to clients in EMEA.”
Amdaris, a Microsoft-Gold Certified Partner for over a decade, employs over 800 professionals. The company specializes in providing outsourced extended delivery teams for enterprise and consumer software applications.
