Ukrainian IT firm InSoft.Partners expands to Poland with Digis

KYIV, UKRAINE — InSoft.Partners, a Ukrainian software development holding company, has acquired a stake in Digis, a Polish IT solutions and consulting provider. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The partnership will combine InSoft.Partners’ experience transforming and scaling IT companies with Digis’ successful business model.
This is expected to spur further growth and innovation that will benefit clients worldwide, according to InSoft.Partners founder Vitalii Gorovyi.
“On the part of InSoft, we will try to add our accumulated experience in the transformation and development of companies to the existing successful current business structure of Digis,” said Gorovyi.
Known for investing in IT firms and actively participating in their operations, InSoft.Partners‘ portfolio includes Inoxoft, Linkup Studio, Indeema Software, Forbytes, Noltic, and now Digis.
This marks InSoft.Partners’ third deal this year and sixth since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began. In July 2023, the company acquired a stake in Noltic, raising its market capitalization to $40 million.
Founded in 2015 by Polish entrepreneur Nick Nagatkin, Digis employs around 200 people and serves clients like Hubspot, BlaBlaCar, Rockwell Trading, and Wetal in the U.S. and Europe.
The partnership will support Digis’ growth as part of InSoft.Partners’ ecosystem approach, which has already shown positive results for other portfolio companies, according to Gorovyi.
