Integrity360 acquires Advantio to strengthen European operations

LONDON, DUBLIN, NAPLES — Cybersecurity firm Integrity360 has acquired Advantio, a European PCI QSA (Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor) and cyber services company.
Integrity360 aims to expand its European footprint and increase its cyber services capabilities. The terms of the deal remain confidential.
Despite the acquisition, Advantio will maintain its current operations, bolstered by the comprehensive resources of Integrity360.
Serving over 250 clients across Europe, the United States, and Asia, Dublin-headquartered Advantio anticipates revenues of €10 million (US$10.9 million) in the upcoming year. This reflects a steady 25% annual growth rate over the last three years.
Following the merger, the companies project a boost in collective revenues from €85 million (US$93.4 million) in 2022 to approximately €115 million (US$126.4 million) in 2023, and an expansion of overall resources, marking a combined workforce nearing 450.
