intive acquires Simtlix

Global IT services firm intive has acquired digital transformation services provider Simtlix, as part of the company’s growth strategy announced last year.
This deal is expected to expand intive’s presence in the North and Latin American market and strengthen its domain expertise in the FinTech, Telecom, Healthcare, and Retail industries.
The two firm’s combined reach is predicted to help accelerate growth across existing geographies and enhance the scale, breadth of design, and engineering competencies to generate additional business impact for clients.
intive CEO Gurdeep Grewal said that Simtlix’s people-centric culture, desire to deliver simplified technology, and US and LATAM presence can “boost and diversify our delivery, and strengthen our team with forward-thinking and like-minded technology experts.”
The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed to the public. However, intive stated that Simtlix CEO Diego Rubio will continue to lead the organization.
