IntouchCX acquires AI moderation firm WebPurify, expands safety solutions
MANITOBA, CANADA — Customer experience solutions provider IntouchCX announced its acquisition of WebPurify, an AI-driven content moderation company.
While terms of the deal were not disclosed, it enhances IntouchCX’s Trust and Safety offerings, emphasizing its commitment to creating safe, inclusive online environments for brands worldwide.

The merger allows IntouchCX to integrate WebPurify’s innovative AI and human-driven content moderation tools into its extensive service portfolio.
WebPurify, based in Irvine, California, and operating a significant facility in Hyderabad, India, brings expertise in moderating text, images, video, and live-stream content. This geographic and operational expansion is set to bolster IntouchCX’s presence in crucial markets, addressing the needs of sectors reliant on robust digital safety measures.
