Invoca, Five9 announce partnership

AI-powered conversational intelligence platform Invoca is set to collaborate with cloud contact center solution Five9 to provide a deeper connection between marketing campaigns and call center sales teams.
Five9 Global Partner Sales Senior VP said that this integration would help their customers accelerate sales growth and further raise the profile of the contact center on the CEO agenda.
Under the deal, CX-focused Five9 clients will be able to support more intelligent conversations between call agents and customers. They’ll also gain new capabilities to pull intelligence and insights about the overall customer journey.
Invoca’s conversational intelligence platform is also set to support the interactions that customers and prospects have with cloud call centers run by Five9.
This means that agents using the Invoca integration will have a better idea of the journey a customer went through prior to the call — including a customer’s journey through marketing campaigns through Google or Facebook ads.
Invoca CEO Gregg Johnson said, “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Five9.”
