iPipeline appoints Leonid Davelman to lead customer success initiative

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — iPipeline, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry, has formed a dedicated customer success team.
The newly appointed Vice President of Customer Success, Leonid Davelman, leads this critical initiative. With this strategic move, iPipeline aims to maximize customer value from its technology solutions.
Davelman’s responsibilities include strategizing and implementing tailored programs and best practices to cultivate a company-wide culture of customer success.

Davelman’s previous experience includes overseeing a $14 million annual recurring revenue portfolio of MuleSoft’s strategic retail and consumer goods customers. He brings valuable expertise from his tenure at companies such as New York Life Insurance Company, Applause, Toys R Us, and Edgewater.
Since its inception in 1995, iPipeline has facilitated 1.5 billion quote responses, saved $32 billion in printing and mailing costs, collected 55 billion premiums, and protected 25 million lives.
