iQor’s Dasmarinas, Cavite site recently received a Safety Seal Certification from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), making it the first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider in the CALABARZON region to be recognized for its health and safety standards.
iQor President and CEO Gary Praznik said that this recognition signifies how the company “prioritizes the health and safety of our employees and their communities.”
Throughout the pandemic, the firm used technology and automation to distribute the health checklist and monitor the vaccination status of its employees.
iQor Senior VP of Global Recruitment and Philippines Human Resources Fleurette Navarro said that they have created a contact tracing team and an audit team to guarantee the “adherence of protocols” in their facilities.
iQor has 16 contact centers in the Philippines — specifically in the Cavite, Davao, Iloilo, Laguna, Negros Occidental, Pampanga, and Quezon City.
