iQor CXBPO names first Filipina leader in Philippines

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — iQor CXBPO, a customer experience business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, celebrated a leadership milestone with the appointment of Fleurette (Flo) Navarro as the Regional President for the Philippines. This marks the first time a Filipina executive has helmed the company’s operations in the country.
Navarro’s appointment is part of a broader leadership realignment intended to enhance localized execution and agility across iQor’s global markets. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing administration, human resources, and recruiting functions in the Philippines.

Expanding iQor’s Philippine presence
Navarro brings over 25 years of experience in the BPO sector to her new role, having previously held senior positions at companies like HSBC, CapitalOne, and Tata Consultancy.
Since joining iQor in 2017, she has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s talent strategies, contributing to its recognition as a Great Place to Work in multiple regions.
Under her leadership, iQor’s Philippine operation, which includes 17 contact centers and a workforce of 31,000 employees, is expected to see growth and innovation.

Global leadership expansion
Sonia Goyal, who will lead Global Human Resources Operations, joins Navarro in the leadership expansion. Goyal’s role will focus on human resources and recruiting outside the Philippines, including regions like Colombia, India, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Since her start with iQor in 2014, Goyal has implemented transformative HR strategies that have notably enhanced company performance and employee engagement globally.
iQor recently rebranded into iQor CXBPO for a new approach to BPO partnerships. It operates in 10 countries with a combined workforce of 40,000 employees. The company ranked #43 in the recently launched OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s 500 top outsourcing companies.
