IT-BPO firms TCS, Infosys, Wipro to extend WFH policy until March 2021

Top IT companies TCS, Infosys, and Wipro announced that their employees will continue to work from home, at least until March 2021.
Currently, 98 per cent and 97 per cent of Wipro’s and TCS’ employees, respectively, are working from home. TCS has also spelt out a 25*25 post-pandemic policy, where only 25 per cent of its employees will work from offices by 2025.
For Infosys, Executive Vice President and Head HR Head Richard Lobo said that while they “don’t anticipate any major change to the work from home numbers during next quarter Jan – Mar, we will review the possibility of limited office attendance post-April depending on the pandemic situation and employee safety.”
