IT Solutions Consulting expands into New England with Spade Technology

PHILADELPHIA and BOSTON, UNITED STATES — IT Solutions Consulting, a provider of managed IT services, has announced the strategic acquisition of Spade Technology, an IT service provider in the Greater Boston Area. 

Garrett Graney, CEO of IT Solutions Consulting, expressed excitement about the deal noting that Spade Technology shares their values and dedication to customer service.

Myles Keough, CEO of Spade Technology, echoed these sentiments, highlighting the shared goal of providing enterprise-level IT services to businesses of all sizes.

The acquisition comes at a time when the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry is experiencing a national consolidation trend in the United States, aiming to combat rising cybersecurity threats and aid businesses in scaling operations effectively.

While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the integration promises to enrich the IT landscape for businesses in North America, offering a comprehensive suite of proactive, innovative, and strategic IT solutions.

Spade Technology is focused on reducing the IT burden for small to medium-sized businesses in New England. Meanwhile, IT Solutions Consulting offers proactive managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, custom application development, and business intelligence services.

The acquisition is part of IT Solutions’ aggressive expansion strategy, marking its eighth acquisition and third within 2023.
