Itel announces expansion to Guyana, Honduras, and Colombia

International customer experience firm, itel, announced that it is planning a large-scale expansion in Latin America this year.
The Caribbean business process outsourcing (BPO) provider announced that it would launch delivery centers in Guyana, Honduras, and Colombia to build a robust technology team and scale up its portfolio of services.
“The way we partner with our clients, our flat management style, modern workspaces, and family-like culture has put us in a league of our own – and we’re only becoming stronger as we expand internationally,” said Yoni Epstein, itel Founding Chairman and CEO.
The company also announced that its new Kingston site will be turned into a hybrid office – housing thousands of agents while managing other employees remotely.
