Iterum Connections launches operations in Jamaica

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company Iterum Connections has launched its operations in Jamaica, becoming the second outsourcing firm to open in the country in just two weeks.
Boasting an environmentally friendly office that contains 900 workstations, the Panama-based service provider is the first organization to open a new contact center facility in the country’s capital Kingston amid the pandemic.
The new BPO center will provide service to the firm’s clients based in North America and the United Kingdom.
Iterum Connections CEO Miro Batista said that they have received a positive response from the local community that “shows the motivation and enthusiasm” of the business market to outsourcing firms.
Further, Batista thanked the government’s support for their expansion “especially in these challenging times.”
Aside from Panama and Jamaica, Iterum Connections also has sites located in Colombia that help in their goal to support clients across a variety of sectors, including FinTech, e-commerce, and telecommunications, and customer experience.
