Jabra launches AI call center platform with real-time speech analysis

BALLERUP, DENMARK — Jabra has unveiled Engage AI Complete, an advanced call center software that uses real-time speech analysis and generative AI to improve customer interactions.
The premium platform, launching globally in June 2025, helps agents adjust their tone, summarize calls instantly, and filter out background noise—all while reducing post-call administrative work.
AI-powered real-time coaching for call center agents
Jabra’s Engage AI Complete introduces live transcription and sentiment analysis, enabling agents to focus on conversations rather than taking notes.
The software detects how a caller says something and suggests tone adjustments mid-conversation, helping agents build stronger rapport. Supervisors also gain access to real-time analytics, enabling instant coaching to enhance team performance.
The system’s automated call summaries and topic tagging reduce post-call paperwork, freeing agents to handle more calls efficiently.
ClearSpeech technology filters out background noise to ensure clearer communication, which is especially crucial for remote workers. Jabra claims this leads to higher customer satisfaction and lower agent burnout, addressing key pain points in the industry.
A unified AI solution for smarter call centers
Engage AI Complete combines tone AI, speech-to-text, generative AI, and noise cancellation in one platform. Built on over 20 years of voice research, it processes calls securely while delivering instant feedback to agents.
With new features available such as:
- AI Call Summaries
- Auto Call Reason Detection
- Auto Topic Tagging
- Customer Sentiment Analysis
- Insights & Analytics Dashboard
Jabra will showcase the technology at CCW Las Vegas 2025, where it has been recognized as an “Up & Coming solution provider” in automated quality assurance.
“Our goal is simple: give every agent the ability to own their tone, elevate every conversation and make the most of every call,” says Andreas Orebo Wenzel, Vice President of Engage AI at Jabra.
