Jessica McNelley named MarketSource president for global growth

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — MarketSource has tapped Jessica McNelley as its new president, signaling what appears to be a deliberate push toward aggressive expansion.
The move comes as the integrated sales solutions company—a subsidiary of industry heavyweight Allegis Group—looks to capitalize on growing demand for outsourced sales expertise.
Experienced leader steps up from TEKsystems
McNelley is not exactly a newcomer to the Allegis family. She’s spent over 20 years climbing the ranks at TEKsystems, another Allegis company, where she managed field operations across major U.S. markets before landing the role of vice president of managed service programs strategy and execution. Now she’s tasked with steering MarketSource’s 5,000-strong workforce through what many see as a critical juncture for the outsourcing sector.
Allegis Group CEO Jay Alvather did not mince words about his expectations. “Throughout Jessica’s time at TEKsystems—which spans over two decades—she has consistently delivered results, engaging with customers to understand how to best serve the marketplace. At the same time, she is passionate about creating opportunity, building winning teams, and developing future leaders—exactly the kind of leadership we value at MarketSource and across Allegis Group.”
“As she steps into this new role, I’m confident Jessica will lead MarketSource to new heights, creating growth and opportunity for both the business and our people for years to come,” Alvather added.
Outsourced sales market remains highly competitive
The numbers behind this appointment tell an intriguing story. MarketSource operates in the competitive world of integrated sales outsourcing, where companies hire external teams to handle everything from customer acquisition to relationship management. The company works with both Fortune 500 giants and smaller businesses looking to scale their sales operations without the overhead of building internal teams.
The broader Allegis ecosystem provides significant muscle here. TEKsystems alone employs 80,000 people and serves over 6,000 customers—including 80% of the Fortune 500—across North America, Europe, and Asia. That’s the kind of scale and client base that gives MarketSource serious leverage in pursuing larger contracts and international expansion.
McNelley herself seems focused on the human element of this business equation: “I am humbled and excited to work with the incredible team at MarketSource.”
“My goal as president is to help create an environment where people feel empowered to contribute their best work. Throughout my leadership journey, I’ve found that when people understand both the destination and the path to get there—and believe in their ability to succeed—remarkable outcomes follow,” she added.
With the outsourcing market continuing its post-pandemic evolution, McNelley’s appointment represents more than just a leadership shuffle—it’s a bet on sustained growth in an industry where client relationships and execution capabilities often determine winners and losers.
