JOS acquires Equiom
Japan Outsourcing Solutions (JOS) announced the recent acquisition of global trust and corporate service provider Equiom.
This new partnership enables the Japanese BPO firm to strengthen its local ownership and take advantage of new business opportunities in the post-COVID industry.
In a statement, JOS founder Robert Crane said that this merger will help the company offer clients a transparent, instant, and interactive service “like never before.”
Crane added that the firm has additional “plans for expansion and hiring to support the demand we are seeing.”
