JustCall unveils AI-driven platform JustCall iQ

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — JustCall by SaaS Labs, a contact center software provider, has announced the launch of JustCall iQ. This conversational intelligence platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) is poised to improve call center operations.
JustCall’s new offering brings enterprise-grade software to healthcare, insurance, real estate, and education industries.
With a customer base of over 6,000 spanning over 40 countries, JustCall iQ seeks to leverage AI in reducing employee burnout and churn while also automating call scoring for quality assurance.

JustCall iQ provides AI Call Scoring, Agent Assist, Sentiment Analysis, Compliance automation, Post-Call Reports, and AI-Coaching. This will streamline workflows, simplify compliance tasks, and provide insights for performance improvement.
