KamelBPO launches Clark hub for growth, culture, and AI readiness

PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm KamelBPO has inaugurated a new office in Clark, Pampanga, a strategic expansion driven by client demand and steady growth.
In an email interview with Outsource Accelerator, President and Founder Kurt Allen outlined the company’s trajectory, emphasizing that the new facility enhances operational control and is designed to support both employee well-being and the integration of new AI technologies.
KamelBPO is a Canadian-based BPO company headquartered in the Philippines, founded on the concept of empowering employees to achieve excellence in client service. This customer-focused culture is one of the reasons it keeps growing as the company now has over 200 clients and more than 800 employees.
The company is also currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
KamelBPO expansion for resilient operations, AI integration
The opening of the Clark, Pampanga office is a direct response to KamelBPO’s sustained growth and a calculated move to secure its operational future. Allen cited consistent new business from diverse industries as a key driver, necessitating more space to maintain service quality.
The location in Clark was selected for its superior infrastructure, including reliable power and stable internet. “From a talent standpoint, it’s ideal. Clark is positioned between Angeles City and Manila, which means we’re surrounded by excellent universities and a strong pool of professionals,” Allen told Outsource Accelerator.
The primary considerations were operational resilience and data security, but, as Allen described, establishing the new office continued the solid procedures already in place.
The facility will have two fiber internet lines and has a backup power generator to keep the service uninterrupted. The company’s security is proactive, with constant compliance checks and policies regularly reviewed and updated to remain flexible.
Moreover, KamelBPO is in the process of implementing AI solutions across all its internal operations and is initiating a 20-member AI hybrid service team that considers technology as a cooperative employee.
Wellness-focused workspace promotes productivity, retention
The main objective of the new office design is to help employees and clients achieve sustainable growth, enabling them to invest heavily in specialized facilities that promote a positive culture.
“This new office gives us room to handle that growth without compromising the quality of service or the environment that makes Kamel what it is,” Allen notes.
The Clark office has a recreation room, a mini-gym, musical instruments, and a ping-pong table, which, according to Allen, is used for quick, energy-boosting breaks.
He is an individual proponent of health and discipline at the workplace, and he plans to include wellness facilities in a full gym later and to incorporate a mini-library to support his self-development.
Such facilities are meant to be more than mere benefits; they are channels of teamwork and innovativeness. The introduction of a digital piano with extensive learning materials prompted employees to bring their instruments to the company, leading to the creation of internal bands.
As Allen explained, “I’m a firm believer in the balance of taking care of your mind, body, and spirit, and doing so through discipline. The staff seem to appreciate it too, so it’s something we’ll keep developing. I’ve always believed that work doesn’t have to just be work.”
“By integrating these kinds of opportunities into our facilities, we create more diversity in what people can accomplish personally while they’re at work.”
This focus on connection is further reinforced by regular monthly team events and legendary celebrations, which Allen states have contributed to the company’s already strong employee retention rate by building a culture where people genuinely enjoy working.
