Kavaliro sells Salesforce unit to Accordion

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Kavaliro, a provider of technology solutions, sold its Salesforce Division to Accordion, an enterprise consulting firm.
While specific financial terms of the deal were not announced, the sale is part of Kavaliro’s objective to streamline operations and concentrate on its Workforce Solutions and Federal Defense sectors.
“This sale reflects our commitment to focusing on areas where we have the greatest potential for growth and innovation,” said Mark Moore, President of Kavaliro.
“It is an exciting opportunity for both Kavaliro and Accordion. We are focused on continuing to provide exceptional value to our customers, and this strategic move will allow us to do just that.”
Growth and expansion
The sale allows Kavaliro to continue to grow its innovative Workforce Solutions and strong Federal Defense Businesses, projecting a workforce growth of more than 20% in 2025.
This follows a 27% increase in topline revenue in 2024, a year where the industry average was down by around 10%.
“We are excited about the sale of our Salesforce Division to Accordion,” said John Mahony, Managing Partner of Kavaliro.
“This strategic decision allows us to double down on the services that are central to our mission while entrusting the Salesforce practice to a company with a proven track record in driving business transformation. Accordion is a natural fit, and we’re confident they will continue to provide the same high level of expertise and service to our clients.”
Kavaliro’s Salesforce Division was a key component of the company’s technology solutions, offering a range of services that included advisory, multi-cloud implementation, system integration, and data migration.
The division was highly regarded, with consistent 5/5 stars on Salesforce’s AppExchange and 46 active Salesforce Program Certifications. Additionally, Kavaliro was selected as one of only 14 Salesforce Billing Partners, showcasing its expertise in Revenue Cloud implementations and payment solutions
