Kingsway’s Ravix Group acquires The HR Team to boost outsourced HR

ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES — The HR Team, Inc., an outsourced human resources solutions provider, has officially joined Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: KFS) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ravix Group, Inc. 

The acquisition is Kingsway’s 11th transaction under its Search Xcelerator program.

Ravix Group integrates The HR Team for broader HR solutions

Ravix Group, which operates as Kingsway’s Office of the CFO platform, will integrate The HR Team’s offerings to strengthen its HR service portfolio. This includes enhanced resources for compliance, talent management, and growth in specialized verticals such as nonprofits, membership organizations, and government-focused entities.
