KKCG unveils Qinshift, Aricoma in major brand expansion
PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC — Aricoma Group Holding, a subsidiary of KKCG Group, has announced the rebranding of its operations under two major brands – Qinshift and Aricoma, aiming to solidify its position as a global leader in Information Technology (IT). The move marks a strategic consolidation to drive further growth and specialization within KKCG’s technology pillar.
Qinshift will amalgamate six companies specializing in software design, UX and UI design, reliable managed services, and innovative product development. These firms include Seavus, Stratiteq, Cleverlance, Komix, Clearcode, and MusalaSoft.
Qinshift targets various sectors, including telecom, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare. It aims to expand further across Europe, the United States, North Africa, and eventually Latin America.
Aricoma will focus on IT infrastructure, cloud, corporate applications, cybersecurity, and digitalization of the public sector. The company’s immediate expansion plans involve the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
“Now we have reached a point when our operations are sufficiently comprehensive and large to form two separate, specialized companies,” said KKCG Investment Director Michal Tománek.
KKCG is a group that specializes in investments and innovation. They have knowledge and experience in lotteries and gaming, energy, technology, and real estate. KKCG has a workforce of over 10,000 individuals spread across 36 countries. The company manages a portfolio of businesses and assets worth over €8 billion.
