KMS Technology receives major Sunstone Partners investment

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — KMS Technology, a provider of digital engineering services, has secured a strategic investment from private equity firm Sunstone Partners.

KMS Technology is renowned for its tailored solutions across digital engineering, data, AI, and consulting, utilizing a blend of onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
The deal aims to accelerate KMS Technology’s growth and expand its service offerings in the digital transformation space.

KMS Technology’s market position and growth
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Atlanta, KMS Technology employs over 1,300 professionals across its operations in the United States, Mexico, and Vietnam. With an annual revenue of $276.9 million, KMS has built a reputation in sectors like healthcare, enterprise software, and financial services.
Sunstone Partners, which manages $1.7 billion in committed capital across three funds, sees potential in the partnership.
