Korn Ferry acquires London-based tech recruiter Trilogy International

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry has completed its acquisition of technology staffing firm Trilogy International, expanding its professional search and interim services.
The financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, though both companies express optimism about the synergies created through this strategic combination.
Expanding talent solutions in EMEA and U.S. markets
The acquisition of Trilogy International, known as the “technologist’s recruiter,” strengthens Korn Ferry’s position in the digital talent marketplace, particularly in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the United States.
“We’re pleased to have Trilogy join Korn Ferry. Trilogy operates at the forefront of change, in a large addressable market. The company’s highly relevant digital interim professional offerings, combined with a broad EMEA footprint, will be a great fit for Korn Ferry and our clients,” said Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn Ferry.
Founded in 2014, Trilogy International is renowned for its expertise in placing digital and technology professionals in temporary and interim roles. It serves clients with a consultative and tailored approach.
Trilogy operates in London, Galway (Ireland), and New York, providing talent solutions across EMEA and the U.S. The company’s services include interim staffing, project consulting, and permanent placements, all of which help businesses drive transformation and adapt to changing technological demands.
Meanwhile, Korn Ferry’s extensive portfolio includes consulting, digital solutions, executive search, and recruitment process outsourcing.
Leadership integration and vision
Ivan Jackson, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Trilogy, will assume the role of president of Korn Ferry IT interim for EMEA. At the same time, co-founders Dan Fox and Jamie Bernstein will serve as managing directors. The company will temporarily maintain both brands to preserve their respective market positions.
Trilogy’s reputation as the “technologist’s recruiter” is built on its deep industry knowledge and commitment to client success.
“Our success is grounded in delivering the right talent with the right knowledge and technology skills to drive business value and transformation,” said Jackson.
“We’re excited to start a new journey with Korn Ferry and tap into the firm’s global network of colleagues, expansive client relationships and in-depth IP and digital expertise. We look forward to the opportunity ahead.”
