KPO firm StaffVirtual plans to hire more workers

Knowledge Process Outsourcing firm (KPO) StaffVirtual plans to provide more work opportunities to Filipinos as the outsourcing sector boosts the country’s economy amid the pandemic.
StaffVirtual COO and co-owner Fiona Lideza said that during the height of the pandemic last March 2020, the firm expanded its operations in Cebu, implementing a work-from-home set up to cater to clients.
Lideza also disclosed that the firm has been hiring 60 to 70 people since the onset of the pandemic due to the increase in demand for back-office jobs. By 2022, the StaffVirtual COO said they are “looking at a thousand jobs to offer.”
StaffVirtual is an American-owned KPO provider that specializes in high-value tasks like customer support, back office, payroll, and creative.
StaffVirtual also launched its academy to further hone the skills of its employees and train new hires. This would help train and upskill employees to remain flexible to the new working conditions.
