Lean Solutions Group expands to Manila
Nearshore and offshore services provider Lean Solutions Group recently launched a new satellite office in Manila, Philippines.
The facility — which is the company’s seventh satellite center — was built to provide clients in the United States with 24/7 Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT development services.
Lean Solutions Group CEO and co-founder Robert Cadena said, “Our strategic growth plan is directly tied to providing our clients the services they need when they need them….”
He stated that while there is a severe worker shortage in the US — particularly in the STEM industry — “we’re rapidly expanding our workforce with highly-skilled, English proficient talent at all levels….”
Lean Solutions Group’s launch in the Philippines comes on the heels of another expansion in Guatemala City.
The company is projected to grow its workforce of 7,000 employees to more than 10,000 by the end of the year, which will largely be fueled by talent acquisition in the Philippines and Guatemala.
