LIMA to build new complex outside NCR

LIMA Land, Inc will develop a new seven-tower office complex in its 30-hectare commercial zone in Batangas to cope with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) demand outside Metro Manila.
Aboitiz Integrated Economic Centers, the owner of LIMA Land, disclosed that the first structure of the complex called LIMA Tower One will break ground in late 2021.
Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, Aboitiz’ First Vice President said in a statement, “We are excited to get started on our seven-tower office complex to spur economic activity and employment opportunities in the countryside post-pandemic.”
He also added that the move “is a fitting next step in our expansion, as we seek to drive the growth of Batangas.”
