Listo Global acquires Magellan Ai to boost AI-driven HR solutions
UTAH, UNITED STATES — Listo Global, a provider of Employer of Record (EOR) services, has announced the strategic acquisition of Magellan Ai for an undisclosed amount.
Magellan Ai is an HR tech firm specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tools and marketplace solutions for human resources.
Through this strategic acquisition, Listo Global aims to expand its service offerings by integrating Magellan Ai’s AI capabilities. This will further strengthen Listo Global’s position as a top global HR tech provider.
“Magellan Ai, under the leadership of its founder, Pierce Brehm, has disrupted the HR tech sector with its pioneering approach,” said Freddie Ashby, Listo Global Co-founder and CEO.
Pierce Brehm, Founder of Magellan AI, will take on the role of VP of Partnerships at Listo Global.
Commenting on the merger, Brehm said, “Together, we’re poised to redefine the benchmarks in HR technology, aiming to create transformative experiences for businesses globally,” Brehm stated.
Founded in 2022, Listo Global simplifies global workforce management for companies through its suite of Find, Hire, and Pay services.
