UK’s Liveforce acquires Danish tech firm Reppio in European push

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Event staffing software provider Liveforce has acquired Copenhagen-based Reppio in a strategic move that expands its European footprint in the temporary workforce management sector.
The announced merger marks a significant step in consolidating the European Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) staffing solutions market.
Strategic technology integration
Liveforce, with annual revenue of $1.3 million and 15 employees, is a provider of staffing software solutions. The platform offers comprehensive features including staff database management, recruitment tools, scheduling systems, and automated payment processing.
This acquisition follows Liveforce’s previous successful merger with Watu in 2019, which made it the largest promotional staffing platform in the UK.
Client benefits and platform migration
The merger combines Reppio’s expertise in event staff management, based in Copenhagen, with Liveforce’s robust platform capabilities.
Reppio, known for serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Denmark, will see its clients transition to Liveforce’s platform. The move promises seamless migration and access to advanced features designed to simplify workforce management, including job scheduling, timesheets, and payment tracking.
“Our goal has always been to deliver value to our clients, and with Reppio’s clients joining the Liveforce family, we’re ready to scale faster and offer even more robust features,” said Mark Walls, CEO & Founder of Liveforce.
“Reppio’s commitment to workforce management made them a natural fit for our vision.”
Future growth trajectory of Liveforce
Liveforce’s mission to become the global standard for temporary staff management is further reinforced by this latest acquisition.
The merger positions both companies to better serve their expanding European client base with multi-timezone and multi-language support.
