LiveVox, Jenne partner for AI-driven CCaaS expansion
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — LiveVox, a leading cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider, has unveiled a strategic partnership with Jenne, a prominent cloud services broker and tech solution distributor.
This partnership is set to expand the reach of LiveVox’s artificial intelligence (AI)-driven contact center solutions throughout North America via Jenne’s extensive reseller network. This offers a swift shift from traditional on-premise systems to flexible cloud-based alternatives.
With the digital shift gaining momentum, there’s an increasing demand for sophisticated technology paired with adept support. LiveVox’s expertise in enhancing agent performance will integrate with Jenne’s pre- and post-sales support, driving substantial ROI in the contact center sector.
