Lockstep partners with Naviga for RPO solutions
TAMPA, UNITED STATES — Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search, a staffing firm based in Florida, announced it has partnered with Lockstep Technology Group to accelerate the latter’s hiring and growth plans.
Lockstep, an Atlanta-based managed IT services provider, chose Naviga as its exclusive Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions provider to outsource, manage, streamline, and enhance a substantial component of their internal recruitment process.
Lockstep identified a strong need to outsource its talent acquisition systems following its recent acquisitions of two complementary businesses BridgeTek Solutions and Transformyx.
