Logix BPO appoints Chris Mackintosh as CEO amid rapid global growth
CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES — Logix BPO, a global business process outsourcing (BPO) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm, has appointed Chris Mackintosh as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2, 2025.
Founder and outgoing CEO Anthony Godley will transition to Chairman, focusing on long-term strategic direction.
The move comes amid Logix’s aggressive expansion plans and rising prominence in international outsourcing.
Experienced leadership to guide expansion
Mackintosh, formerly Logix’s Chief Operating Officer, brings over three decades of BPO experience. Known for his approachable leadership style and hands-on approach, Mackintosh emphasized the importance of employee empowerment and innovation in his new role.
“Instead of just driving performance metrics, I want to create and actively encourage a mindset shift where agents feel empowered to take ownership of their roles and contribute ideas on improving processes, helping agents develop their skills beyond the standard training,” said Mackintosh.
Under his leadership, Logix plans to deepen personalized coaching, increase cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen customer experience by investing in both people and technology.

Mackintosh’s appointment comes as Logix ramps up efforts to scale its services and client base globally. He aims to position Logix as a “center of excellence,” offering tailored outsourcing solutions and leveraging AI-driven innovation to exceed client expectations.
