Loop boosts IT services portfolio with Moorecroft acquisition

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Loop, an IT consulting and staffing industry provider, has announced its acquisition of Moorecroft Systems, marking a consolidation in the technology services sector.
While terms of the deal were not disclosed, it combines Loop’s extensive staffing solutions with Moorecroft’s 25-year legacy in specialized IT consulting.

Through this acquisition, Loop gains access to Moorecroft’s impressive client portfolio, which includes numerous Fortune 1000 companies, as well as membership in Oracle’s prestigious partnership

The combined entity will leverage Loop’s extensive recruiting network and Moorecroft’s technical expertise to deliver enhanced IT consulting services across various sectors.
