Magna5 acquires managed IT services provider Shock IT, boosts Mid-Atlantic presence

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — Magna5, a United States provider of managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services, has acquired Shock I.T. Support, a regional provider of IT and network infrastructure solutions based in Bristol, Pennsylvania.
While specific financial terms of the deal were not announced, the merger strengthens Magna5’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region, particularly in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
