MCI acquires Market Force Information

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing company MCI has acquired 100% of customer experience provider Market Force Information.
“We loved the Market Force suite of services and their approach to business improvement via market research, data collection, and tech-enabled business services. It was an easy decision for us to acquire 100% of the equity and assets,” said MCI CEO Anthony Marlowe.
The deal enhances the capabilities of both firms for existing and future clients. Market Force Information’s solutions include CX services such as customer feedback surveys, mystery shopping, operational audits, and competitive benchmarking.
Additionally, the firm provides digital and voice call center services, tech support, customer service, customer survey solutions, employee satisfaction/engagement programs, and complaint resolution services, among other things. Market Force Information has offices in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.
“As a result of partnering with MCI, we now have one of the most differentiated and complimentary modern CX BPO mid-market conglomerates in world,” said Dr. Phil Doriot, EVP Market Force Information.
MCI has been beefing up its M&A initiatives lately. Last week, it acquired EastWest BPO, effectively expanding its presence in the Philippines. The acquisition also includes EastWest Technologies, EastWest BPO’s tech arm. In addition to stretching MCI’s footprint, the deal enhances the company’s technology delivery services.
In February, MCI entered South Africa with the purchase of BPO firm BYC Aqua. The deal fortifies MCI’s services through enhancements in QA technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and human capital services in over 150 languages, including all African regional languages.
