MDS Call Solutions collaborates with Globe Business for cloud customer service
Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm MDS Call Solutions, Inc. has recently partnered up with Globe’s enterprise arm, Globe Business, to support its Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud migration and SMS Application Programming Interface (API) integration.
The collaboration with Globe helped MDS “take back the opportunities the pandemic took.” Due to the lockdown restrictions, the firm needed to replace its infrastructure and update its equipment.
MDS Managing Director Patricia Calope said, “If it weren’t for Globe’s assistance, we would’ve had many lost business opportunities, as it was becoming clear that our existing servers were not enough to help our company scale with the demand.”
Further, Peter Maquera, Senior Vice President for Globe Business and Cascadeo CEO added, “Working with companies such as [MDS] allows us to merge innovation with service, which is what every technology ought to be. It’s only a matter of time until the Philippines becomes a cloud-enabled economy. We’re proud that Globe is spearheading that.”
