Medical Solutions bolsters executive team with key hires

NEBRASKA, UNITED STATES — Healthcare staffing company Medical Solutions has fortified its executive ranks with the appointment of two industry veterans and the promotion of a key leader.
These strategic appointments come at a pivotal time for the organization, which aims to enhance its services, strategy, and technology offerings for healthcare facilities across the United States.
New executives join Medical Solutions
Curt Baldwin, formerly the Chief Technology Officer at Aya Healthcare, has been named the new Chief Technology Officer at Medical Solutions.
With his extensive experience in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, Baldwin is poised to drive innovation and streamline processes within the organization.
“I’m incredibly honored to join Medical Solutions and eager to embark on this journey of innovation and growth,” said Baldwin.
“Technology has the power to transform lives, and I’m excited to bring my expertise to the table.”
Joining Baldwin is Rich Thompson, who has assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Thompson brings over three decades of staffing and recruiting expertise, having previously held leadership positions at The Adecco Group, including serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas, United Kingdom, and Ireland.
His appointment underscores Medical Solutions’ commitment to fostering a talented and engaged workforce.
Internal promotion strengthens Host Healthcare brand
Additionally, Medical Solutions has promoted Chanel Georges to the position of Executive Vice President of Host Healthcare, which was acquired by the company in November 2022.
Georges will oversee the day-to-day operations of Host Healthcare, as its founder, Adam Francis, transitions to a board observer role on Medical Solutions’ board.
Host Healthcare is a travel healthcare staffing agency that specializes in travel nursing, allied, and therapy jobs.
These strategic appointments follow the recent hiring of Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, a former group president at Randstad, as Medical Solutions’ new CEO earlier this year.
Medical Solutions’ executive shakeup aims to enhance the company’s technological capabilities, human resources management, and operational efficiency.
