MicroSourcing opens 11th center in PH

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Offshore managed services provider MicroSourcing marked a significant expansion in Southern Metro Manila with the unveiling of its eleventh service delivery center in Parañaque City.
The newest addition aims to tap into the abundant talent from surrounding provinces like Cavite, Las Pinas, Batangas, and Laguna.
Dedicated to serving varied sectors, including software development, IT, engineering, digital marketing, and contact centers, this initiative underlines MicroSourcing’s commitment to elevating the Philippines in global outsourcing.
During the inauguration, Under Secretary Jocelle Batapa Sigue from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) lauded MicroSourcing’s role in uplifting the nation’s ICT industry and generating employment, especially with 70% of its 8,000-strong workforce enjoying hybrid and remote work arrangements.
Haidee Enriquez, CEO of MicroSourcing, shared her enthusiasm, hinting at plans for two more countryside centers next year as part of their broader aim to aid the industry in creating 1.1 million jobs by 2028. MicroSourcing has offices in Australia, Metro Manila, and the United States.
