MicroSourcing to open new service delivery centers

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Offshore service provider MicroSourcing recently held groundbreaking ceremonies for its two new service delivery centers in Metro Manila.
The company is set to open two locations – one in Asean City in Pasay and the other in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
In the next six months, the company will hire 1,800 healthcare information, engineering, and software development professionals. This will support the IT-Business Process Management Association of the Philippines’ (IBPAP) goal to create 1.1 million new jobs within the next six years, as outlined in their Roadmap 2028.
“For every single seat that we’ve put in this location, we provide jobs for not just one person, but for four people,” MicroSourcing CEO Haidee Enriquez said.
“Because every seat that’s created in our industry results in three other indirect jobs elsewhere, and in terms of economic impact, we’re talking about seven people that are impacted by every seat that goes live here or in any other locations,” Enriquez added.
