Moneypenny, Street.co.uk team up to streamline sales process

UNITED KINGDOM – Outsourcing firm Moneypenny has announced its partnership with customer relationship management (CRM) provider Street.co.uk to simplify the lead sales process for estate agents across the United Kingdom (UK).
Through this partnership, viewing and valuation leads can be cataloged in one place right from the get-go. All calls can be logged in to the Street.co.uk CRM platform.
This replaces the old process where estate agents need to double-key information. Under the new platform, there will be expected enhancements in data accuracy, follow-up efficiency, and lead reporting. The integration works with Moneypenny’s Telephone Answering and Outsourced Switchboard services.
This integration is expected to enhance agent’s workloads and also improve the client journey. Moneypenny currently supports over 2,500 estate agents, commercial agents, housebuilders and housing associations across the UK.
