Morgan Stanley, Onex Falcon invest in CSS Corp
Morgan Stanley Private Credit and Onex Falcon disclosed their recent investment in Global customer experience and IT services provider CSS Corp.
The deal includes Morgan Stanley and Onex Falcon’s involvement in the tech firm’s mezzanine financing, equity participation, and membership in the board of directors.
Onex Falcon Managing Director Sven Grasshoff expressed their “full confidence in CSS Corp, Capital Square Partners, and newly designated CEO, Sunil Mittal, and look forward to contributing to their next chapter of growth.”
Meanwhile, CSS Corp CEO Sunil Mittal said that this partnership will help the firm “expand our current capabilities and geographic footprint while providing innovative solutions and customer-centric services under the CSS Corp umbrella in the coming years.”
CSS has steadily increased its revenue over its most recent fiscal year ending March 31, 2021.
