Movate appoints 2 C-suite executives to drive growth

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Digital technology and customer experience (CX) services provider Movate has announced the addition of two seasoned executives to its C-Suite team.
Dariyus Setna joins as EVP and Chief Revenue Officer for ‘Digital Services’, while Chris Condon takes on the role of EVP and Chief Revenue Officer for ‘CX Transformation’.

Setna will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive business growth by engaging executive-level prospective and existing customers through a consultative and outcome-focused model.

Setna brings over 25 years of experience in building and scaling businesses. His impressive track record includes leadership roles at EY Consulting, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Globant. At Globant, Setna played a crucial role in achieving a 4x revenue growth and 5x market capitalization increase over five years.

Meanwhile, Condon, who also has over 25 years of experience in CX, technology, and delivery solutions, joins Movate with a strong analytical acumen and visionary leadership style.
His extensive career includes over 23 years at TTEC, where he served in various leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer at TTEC Digital and head of North American Sales for TTEC Engage. Condon also managed contact center operations at Merrill Lynch, focusing on corporate equity plan administration services.
