Movate buys Prescience to drive AI-led enterprise transformation
BENGALURU, INDIA — Movate, a global digital technology and customer experience services provider, has announced the acquisition of Prescience Decision Solutions, a data science and artificial intelligence (AI) services provider, for an undisclosed sum.
The move aims to embed AI at the core of Movate‘s offerings, empowering enterprises to realize real-time, data-driven outcomes through advanced technology.

The integration of Prescience’s operations is expected to be completed within three to six months.
