Mplus expands in Europe with two major CX acquisitions

ZAGREB, CROATIA — Mplus, the business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) arm of BOSQAR INVEST, is strengthening its foothold in Central and Eastern Europe with the acquisition of customer experience (CX) providers Conectart and Valoris.
The transactions, valued at a combined enterprise value of €14 million (US$16 million), are set to expand Mplus’s operational presence and reinforce its strategic position in several key markets.

Conectart adds scale in Czech Republic and Poland
The acquisition of Conectart, the largest BPO provider in the Czech Republic, was finalized on April 15, with Mplus acquiring over 96% of the company while management retained the remaining stake.
Conectart operates across 22 locations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland, employs 1,200 full-time staff, and reported revenues of €23 million (US$26 million) in 2024. Its services include contact center solutions for both domestic and international clients, with a portfolio featuring brands such as Samsung, Vodafone, and KFC.
Martin Viliš, Partner at Genesis Capital, the former owner, commented, “We managed to grow the business, strengthen its domestic position via the acquisition of Atoda, and expand internationally to Slovakia and Poland. We are confident that Mplus is the right partner to continue this journey.”
Valoris: Strengthening nearshore capabilities in Romania
Mplus also has an agreement to acquire 100% of Valoris, a Romanian BPO provider, from its two individual shareholders.
Cristina Man, founder of Valoris, stated, “The sale of Valoris represents a strategic opportunity for continued growth and success. It has been a privilege to lead this business, and I am confident that the new owners will carry forward the values and commitment to excellence.”
Founded in 2006, Valoris runs a multilingual platform supporting over 55 projects in 12 industries, employs 550 people, and posted revenues of €7.3 million (US$8.3 million). The transaction is pending regulatory approval.
