NeoWork appoints Lendl Punzalan as VP of Operations
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Business process outsourcing (BPO) company NeoWork has appointed Lendl Punzalan as its Vice President of Operations.
NeoWork Chief Executive Officer Joshua Eidelman welcomed Punzalan’s nomination and praised his ability to connect with partners.

Punzalan’s professional background
Punzalan has over seven years of experience scaling BPO operations.
Before joining NeoWork, Punzalan held multiple positions at the social media platform TikTok. These include Head of Partnerships of Trust and Safety USDS, the Chief of Staff of Trust and Safety USDS, and Partner Program Manager of Trust & Safety, Americas.
Prior to TikTok, Punzalan helped launch Bird’s first BPO center in Makati, Philippines, alongside NeoWork’s CEO Joshua Eidelman in 2018. This was Punzalan’s first foray into the outsourcing industry, an experience that opened up his professional career.
Unlocking growth opportunities with outsourcing
“That venture showed me many things, but what stood out the most to me then was realizing what the incredible number of opportunities this kind of work creates,” Punzalan said.
Punzalan started in the new role on April 15th and will be based in Los Angeles.
Now with NeoWork, Punzalan is looking to harness the power of outsourcing and its ability to unlock growth opportunities for stakeholders.
