NICE Actimize releases three financial investigation platforms
NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions company NICE Actimize launched three financial investigation platforms that utilize the latest generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technology.
NICE Actimize, which is under the software company NICE, said that this launch will reduce manual labor in financial crime investigations and reporting:
- X-Sight AI Narrate, processes suspicious transactions, then generates a comprehensive Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)
- X-Sight AI Assist, summarizes and analyzes alerts and cases
- Xceed FraudDESK CoPilot, handles redundant tasks such as alert triage, prioritization, and case narrations
These platforms are for all types and sizes of financial institutions. NICE Actimize Chief Executive Officer Craig Costigan noted the benefits of GenAI in combatting financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud, and market manipulation.
“NICE Actimize’s use of generative AI services provides a monumental step forward in helping financial institutions evolve financial crime and compliance programs and address their growing costs,” he stated.
In a related initiative, Alabama’s Shelby County hired NICE to update its digital evidence management systems.
NICE will deploy Evidencentral, its cloud-based data management platform, to help Shelby County’s public Safety and Justice arms shift from manual to automated processes to speed up investigations and prosecutions.
