NICE, Cognizant announce digital CX partnership

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Customer experience (CX) software firm NICE and multinational IT services and consulting company Cognizant announced the launch of a global strategic go-to-market partnership to accelerate CX transformation.
In a press release, both firms said that this collaboration leverages Cognizant’s deep consulting and business transformation capabilities and NICE CXone’s industry-leading complete, integrated cloud platform.
This joint venture between NICE and Cognizant is also expected to open up growth opportunities in CX, workforce management (WFM), and digital transformation.
Moreover, for both companies, this partnership will enable growth opportunities in their respective customer bases.
Commenting on this announcement, NICE CX Division President Barry Cooper said, “Teaming with Cognizant to leverage their Contact Center Advisory and Transformation services will bring more rapid, compelling business outcomes to our joint customers.”
Robert Vatter, Executive Vice President of Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services, added that this partnership will redefine CX “by bringing hyper-personalized and intelligent ways for enterprises to engage with their users.”
